I travelled to Sota Dental to have a full mouth restoration with dental implants and crowns, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From my very first consultation to the completion of my treatment, I was treated with kindness, professionalism and genuine care. A huge thank you to Dr Klevis, Denis, Enxhi, Ruku, Ueda and Bardha on reception. Every member of the team was fantastic, friendly and always willing to help. They made what could have been a daunting experience feel relaxed and stress-free. A special thank you to Enxhi, who carried out all of my root canal treatments. She was incredibly gentle, patient and highly skilled, and made every appointment as comfortable as possible. I also want to give a very special mention to Mario. He went above and beyond in every way. He took me out for dinner, showed me around Albania, and was always available whenever I needed anything. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he made me feel like more than just a patient. His kindness, generosity and hospitality made the whole experience unforgettable. The quality of my implants and crowns has exceeded all of my expectations, and my new smile has given me confidence I never thought I’d have again. To anyone thinking about travelling abroad for dental treatment, based on my own experience I’d say choose Albania over Turkey. The quality of care, professionalism, value for money and hospitality I received at Sota Dental were exceptional. Thank you to everyone at Sota Dental. My experience with Sota Dental Advanced Implantology Centre in Tirana was simply outstanding. From my very first WhatsApp conversation with Mario while I was still in the UK arranging my initial consultation, I received exceptional service. He answered all my questions about the treatments and pricing with professionalism, patience, and kindness. When I arrived at the clinic, he was also the first person to welcome me. There I met Dr. Klevis, who came highly recommended by a friend of mine in the UK. After carefully assessing my case, he explained all the treatment options, and I decided to go ahead with the four dental implants I needed. My surgery was scheduled for the very same day. Everything went smoothly. The clinic is modern, spotless, and every member of the staff is friendly, caring, and professional. The equipment and materials they use are state-of-the-art and of the highest quality. Dr. Klevis was even able to place one of my implants the day after the surgery. I will return in six months to have the remaining three implants placed once the healing process is complete. I highly recommend Sota Dental Advanced Implantology Centre and Dr. Klevis to anyone looking for high-quality dental treatment, especially dental implants, at prices that are far more affordable than those in the UK. La prima volta che ho scritto alla clinica per un consulto, ho trovato fin da subito molta gentilezza e disponibilità. Sono molto felice di aver trovato delle persone tanto corrette, oneste e sincere. In particolare ringrazio il coordinatore Mario (che parla perfettamente italiano) per essere stato sempre così puntuale, professionale e preciso nel rispondere alle mie domande e nel chiarire tutti i miei dubbi e le mie perplessità, sia prima, che durante che dopo i trattamenti. Anche quando sono tornato in Italia, Mario mi ha scritto più volte per chiedermi come stavo e per darmi consigli. Ringrazio la Dottoressa Ruku, instancabile professionista, precisa e sincera che si è tanto impegnata per  portar a termine un trattamento complesso. Un ringraziamento speciale al Dottor Klevis, medico altamente qualificato e specializzato che si è prodigato tanto per salvare il mio dente da una brutta infezione. Il dottore, nonostante sia un impiantista ha comunque scelto di provare a salvare il mio dente anziché estrarlo. Questo gli fa tanto onore perché, con me ha dimostrato di mettere davanti la salute dentale dei pazienti al proprio tornaconto. Penso che, se ci fossero più Medici come il Dottor Klevis Sota, il mondo sarebbe un posto migliore.
